Job Opening - Associate Professor or Professor: Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior, and Director: Centre for Workplace Excellence
The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CweX) is a leading research centre in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management. The Centre for Workplace Excellence brings together researchers with a wealth of experience and expertise in diversity and employee wellbeing, leadership, teams, human resource management practices and organizational culture, climate, and change, and is housed in one of the nation's preeminent Business Schools.
The Director will provide strategic leadership to the Centre, and be accountable for its performance. The Centre is internationally recognized for the high quality of research produced by its members and will continue to expand and enhance its international reputation, relationships and reach.
The successful candidate will be appointed as the Director, with an underlying engagement as a Professor of Human Resource Management or Organizational Behavior within the School of Management at the University of South Australia. The Director will be a collaborative academic leader who brings experience in the development and nurturing of academic research talent, and will play a pivotal role in the growth of research output and funding, and in the ongoing development of the research agenda for the Centre.
