Dear Colleagues,With apologies for cross-posting, please find attached our request for applications for the position of Psychological Sciences Department Head, Purdue University. The individual hired would affiliate with one of six graduate training areas, among which is Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology (currently ranked 5th in the U.S.). It currently comprises five faculty members conducting research on a wide variety of topics in collaboration with many other units on campus, including the Krannert School of Management, Brian Lamb School of Communication, College of Engineering, and Department of Computer Science. Big data and diversity are among the department/campus areas of excellence. Finally, Purdue is in the process of hiring six faculty with expertise in advanced quantitative methods and statistics, with three slated to be housed within our college.
