Call for 200-500 Word Abstracts for AOM 2017 Symposium: Theory and Research on Diversity and Inclusion at the Organizational Level of Analysis
Alison Konrad, Orlando Richard, and Yang Yang are organizing a symposium submission for the 2017 AOM Conference in Atlanta. Our topic/working title is, "Theory and Research on Diversity and Inclusion at the Organizational Level of Analysis." We invite submissions from colleagues working in this area. We will be using the Presenter Symposium format (see http://aom.org/annualmeeting/submission/guidelines/#symposiumguideline).
If you are interested in participating in our symposium submission, please send a 200-500 word abstract of your proposed contribution to akonrad@ivey.ca by December 1, 2016. In the event that we receive more submissions than we are able to include in our proposal, we will choose abstracts on the basis of theoretical richness and insight, contribution to extant knowledge, and (for empirical pieces only) empirical rigor.
We will need you to provide a finalized version of your 2-5 page (double-spaced) synopsis of your presentation (not including references) by January 2, 2016. As indicated by the AOM submission guidelines, each presentation may include a maximum of two additional pages of tables and figures. Tables and figures must be clear and legible, and should be no smaller than 10-point font.
We look forward to learning about your work!
Best regards,
Alison, Orlando & Yang
