TBS EDUCATION Position of Assistant / Associate Professor Human Resource Management (HRM) / Organizational Behavior - Toulouse Campus

The Department of Human Resource Management & Business Law offers a position of
resident faculty in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior,
to develop its teaching programs and the quality of its research.
The position opens September 1, 2022. Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as soon
as possible. Applications will be evaluated upon receipt until the position is filled.
Job Qualifications:
Candidates will have a PhD or a Doctorate, a good record of publications, and an active
international research network.
Experience of coordination in different programs (Bachelor, Master, MSc, Executive
Education, etc.) or of other managerial experiences would be highly appreciated.
Candidates must show excellent teaching abilities in human resource management and/or
organizational behavior. They must be able to teach in French and English.
Candidates are open-minded and able to work in a team with an interdisciplinary approach.
