This PDC aims to provide junior scholars with developmental and constructive feedback from a panel of seasoned and current editors at top tier International Management journals. This PDC will start with a panel discussion on how researchers can successfully build theory in International Management. The panel will be followed by a roundtable session in which each participant will receive feedback on their paper from designated panel members and other participants. The PDC will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
