    Dear Colleagues,

The AIB U.S. Northeast Chapter invites you to submit your research to our 2025 Annual Conference, scheduled for October 18–19, 2025, at Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The conference theme is "Global Business in a Time of Geopolitical Uncertainty."

To accommodate more colleagues and address received extension requests, we are delighted to announce an extension of the submission deadline:

Conference proposals (paper or panel) submission deadline: August 15, 2025

    Submit at https://meetings.aib.msu.edu/us-ne/2025/

    * To be considered for a conference award, you must e-mail a full-length paper (40-page maximum) to Conference Co-Program Chair Dr. Soni Jha at aibne2025@pfw.edu by September 15, 2025. Be sure to specify in your email if you are applying for a conference award.

    * To be considered for JIM PDW, you must e-mail a full-length paper (40-page maximum), or an idea page (welcomed), to Conference Co-Program chair Dr. Soni Jha at aibne2025@pfw.edu by September 15, 2025. Be sure to specify in your email if you are applying for the PDW.

If you have full-length papers that are applying for either conference awards or the JIM PDW, or both, you still need to submit your abstract through the conference submission system by August 15, 2025 (except you submit an idea page only for JIM PDW).

The AIBNE 2025 conference will feature a Research Keynote by Dr. Yadong Luo (University of Miami), a Meet-the-Editors Panel, a Junior Faculty Professional Workshop, the AIBNE–JIM Paper Development Workshop, an Industry Panel, the Doctoral Consortium (with scholarships available), social events, and more!

Join us for two days of scholarly exchange, professional development, and networking, all while experiencing the beauty of Rhode Island's autumn. For complete submission guidelines and registration details, please visit the Chapter website: https://us-ne.aib.world/

We look forward to receiving your submissions and welcoming you to Bryant University in October!

    Best regards,

    Jun Li
