We warmly invite you to join the Professional Development Workshop "AI and Big Data Masterclass for International Management" at the 2025 Academy of Management Meeting in Copenhagen.
Why attend?
- Current research insights: Four research showcases illustrate how AI and big-data analytics are reshaping theories and methods in international management, from AI-augmented decision making to Google-Trends measures of internationalization.
- Hands-on demonstration: A live, laptop-friendly tutorial walks you through random forests, neural networks, and other ML tools in R/Colab. Complete code and sample data provided.
- Roundtable discussions: Small-group roundtables let you present your own data or AI challenge and receive tailored feedback from an experienced facilitator.

· The workshop is open to all AoM attendees, but roundtable participation is capacity-limited. To be matched with a mentor, please email (i) a 0.5–1-page summary of your AI/data challenge and (ii) a brief CV (max 3 pages) to harald.puhr@uibk.ac.at by 6 July 2025.
