    Euro-Asia Management Studies Association (EAMSA)

    The 41st Annual Conference

    Digital Transformation in Europe and Asia:

    Opportunities and Challenges

    Submission deadline: 15 July 2025

    Conference dates: 4–7 November 2025

    Host: Copenhagen Business School, Denmark

    We are pleased to announce that we can offer a limited number of travel grants (from the Carlberg Foundation, grant no. CF25-0733) to support early-stage researchers (PhD students, postdocs, and assistant professors) attending the EAMSA 2025 conference at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, between 4th and 7th November 2025.

      

    For the participants based in Europe, the grants will cover the actual cost of a return flight (economy class), up to 2,000 DKK per person. The maximum coverage for an intercontinental return flight is 5,000 DKK, although it could exceed 5,000 DKK in some circumstances.

    To be eligible for the grant, applicants must;

    - submit a conference paper to eamsa2025@cbs.dk no later than 15 July 2025, AND

    - submit a travel grant application in a separate email to fha.egb@cbs.dk by the same deadline. (Please note that the email address differs from the paper submission address).

    The outcome of the grant application will be notified in late August 2025.

    Successful applicants are expected to book their own flights and submit reimbursement requests after the conference.
