We are delighted to share the Call for Papers for our subtheme at the next online EGOS (European Group of Organization Studies) Colloquium 2026, Sub-theme 59: The Interplay between Technology & Human Rights in Business " This sub-theme emphasizes that it is important to analyze the use of technology and its impact on human rights (den Hond & Moser, 2022) since technology introduces new risks for managers who need to be alert to its potential for harm within their operations.
We welcome theoretical and empirical submissions that push this important conversation forward and offer fresh perspectives about the interplay between human rights and technology.
