Dear IM Colleagues,
The International Management (IM) Division of the Academy of Management is reconstituting its PhD Committee, as several long-serving members have recently graduated from their PhD programs.
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us in shaping the committee's next phase. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the Division's mission, build international connections, and support the professional growth of emerging scholars.
We particularly welcome doctoral students in the early stages of their PhD, who plan to attend the upcoming AoM Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. The committee's goal is to enhance networking opportunities, promote doctoral learning, and foster engagement among PhD students and senior scholars across the global IM community.
