Keio Business School (KBS), Japan, invites applications for a faculty position in Organization and Management. KBS, also known as the Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University, is one of Japan's leading business schools, offering MBA and Executive MBA programs as well as Executive Seminars to working professionals.
Position Title/Area: Organization and Management (organizational theory, organizational management, and related macro-level management fields)
Rank: Open (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor)
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese for teaching and all institutional duties (required); applicants whose first language is not Japanese must submit documentation of Japanese language proficiency
- PhD or equivalent doctoral degree (or expected by end of August 2026; degree must be completed prior to appointment)
- At least two peer-reviewed publications in IF-indexed international journals in the relevant field within the past five years (at least one as corresponding author preferred)
- Commitment to case-based teaching in both Japanese and English
- Enthusiasm for bridging academic research and management practice in executive education
Starting Date: April 1, 2027, or later (negotiable)
