    The Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), in collaboration with Singapore Management University (SMU), invites scholars to a dynamic Paper Development Workshop in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to receive developmental feedback from JIBS editors and connect with fellow researchers passionate about international business, societal impact, and sustainability.

    Event Overview: The Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), the premier scholarly outlet for international business research and an official publication of the Academy of International Business (AIB), is pleased to announce a Paper Development Workshop (PDW) in collaboration with Singapore Management University. This event will take place in Singapore and is designed to foster academic growth and research impact in the field of international business, as well as to cultivate a broader community of engaged and impactful IB scholarship in the region.

    This PDW is tailored to support scholars in and around the region, especially early career scholars and doctoral students, who are developing manuscripts related to international business. All IB topics are welcome, while implications for societal impact and sustainability would be encouraged. PDW participants will receive personalized feedback from JIBS's editorial team on the submitted paper.


    Editors' Panel: The workshop will feature an esteemed panel of JIBS editors, including:

    Editor-in-Chief: Professor Rosalie L. Tung (Simon Fraser University)

    Deputy Editor: Professor Ruth A. Aguilera (Northeastern University)

    Area Editors: Professor Jonathan Doh (Villanova University), Kazuhiro Asakawa (Keio University), Professor Ke Rong (Tsinghua University), Professor Heli Wang (Singapore Management University), and Professor Daphne W. Yiu (Singapore Management University)

    Selected Members of the Consulting Editorial Board and Editorial Review Board

    Panelists will be matched with authors to provide tailored developmental guidance, fostering meaningful dialogue and constructive critique.
