    Dear colleagues,
     
    we organize a symposium for EAWOP 2019 in Turin, Italy and we seek for one more paper on how leaders manage their relationship with their followers (brief description below). If you have any related work on the topic, please send us a summary of your research for consideration. It does not have to be your final abstract, but we want to make sure it fits with the topic.


    Brief overview of the symposium for paper elicitation:

    We seek to bring new research on how leaders manage their relationships with their followers and teams.These relationships may cover the overall scope the research stream ranging from psychological contracts and i-deals to LMX to general social exchange theory. Our goal of this symposium is to bring together exciting new research that examines how managers, team leaders, CEOs or any individual at a higher level status makes decisions and manage relationships with their employees/followers. Final abstract deadline: 21st of September.
