    About the team

    The Management and Organisations group brings together a number of internationally renowned researchers including those who formerly held, or currently hold a highly competitive and prestigious Australian Research Council (ARC) Fellowship (Laureate, Future Fellow and Early Career). The group contributes to an array of business undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs. Members of the group have amassed an extraordinary selection of top tier publications in outlets such as Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, The Leadership Quarterly, and Personnel Psychology. The faculty is represented on the editorial boards of leading journals in the discipline and the group regularly hosts high profile academic visitors from all regions of the globe. 

    Who you will be working with

    Some of the team members of the Organisational Behaviour and related disciplines include Professor Cristina Gibson, Associate Professors Ramon Rico, Andrew Timming and Gillian Yeo, and Senior Lecturers Aleksandra Luksyte (who currently holds an ARC Early Career Fellowship), Sandra Kiffin-Peterson and Burak Oc.

    About the location

Perth boasts an average of nine hours of sunshine per day and enjoys 131 perfectly blue-skyed days a year. Perth is beautifully located on the banks of the Swan River with King's Park just steps away from the Central Business District. Perth boasts 19 pristine white sand beaches directly on the Indian Ocean as well as two world-class wine regions within a three hour drive: the Swan Valley, one of Australia's oldest wine regions, and Margaret River, home to over 200 wineries.

    About you

    You will demonstrate achievement in research, with a primary interest in organisational behaviour, as well as significant personal contribution to high quality teaching and learning.

    • Start-up grant (negotiable)

    • Employer contribution to superannuation (retirement fund) is 17% of salary
    • Recreation leave of 20 working days per annum
    • Long Service Leave after 10 years
    • Eligibility for a 6-month sabbatical leave every 3 years
    • Relocation assistance including airfares, relocation allowance and short-term accommodation (if applicable)
