If you are looking to refresh your reading list for the new semester, a reminder that Human Resource Management Review (HRMR) is a great place to find both critical reviews and cutting edge thinking on a wide range of OB and related topics. Visit https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/human-resource-management-review to search for articles.

Please also consider HRMR for your own conceptual work, or that of your students. In short, if you have, or are looking for, new theories, models, frameworks, insights, and a future research agenda for HR related topics, think of HRMR as the place to start your search or the outlet for your work.

HRMR aims to be author friendly in terms of providing timely and constructive reviews, does not have article page limits, and has a rising impact factor (3.276 in 2017). To submit your paper or learn more about HRMR, please visit https://www.journals.elsevier.com/human-resource-management-review.

All the best for the new semester!  Regards, -Howard
