    This lively and engaging PDW focuses on enhancing participants' skills with regard to teaching about positive relationships at work (PRW). Participants will:

    • Walk away with a toolkit of existing exercises presented via well- crafted "teaching blasts" by invited presenters.
    • Work collaboratively to craft new teaching tools focused on self-selected positive relationships at work topics of interest. 
    • Share and receive feedback on their newly developed teaching tools.
    • Leave the workshop with multiple actionable ideas for enhancing their teaching of positive relationships at work within a variety of possible class topics and formats.

     This PDW aims to address the specific role that workplace relationships have on four specific dimensions of well-being: physical, psychological, social, and financial. It features: 

    • A hybrid design that includes short research presentations and a panel by some of the leading scholars on relationships at work.  
    • Both small and large group discussions to facilitate generative and lively engagement. 
    • Opportunities to connect and build scholarly collaborations.
    • The chance to leave the workshop with ideas and research questions that trigger collaboration and manuscript generation.
