  • 1.  OB/HR Assistant & Associate Professor Position Opening

    Dear Colleagues,

    The Michael A. Leven School of Management, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality in the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications to hire two tenure-track, nine-month, faculty positions in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior starting August 2019.

    The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in research and teaching or demonstrated potential for excellence in both. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record and a clear trajectory of scholarship in the field of Human Resources/Organizational Behavior and the potential and motivation to publish high quality, impactful research in leading management journals. Candidates must demonstrate effective teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and potentially assist with doctoral level students. Candidates will be expected to provide service to the university and the wider community.Responsibilities will include teaching, scholarship, and service in the area of Human Resources/Organizational Behavior.

     

    Candidate must have earned a Ph.D./DBA in Management or a related area or its foreign equivalent (ABD near completion will be considered but must be conferred by August 1, 2019). In addition, candidates should have demonstrated research capabilities and strong teaching effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have the ability and/or willingness to teach online or in a face-to-face format.
