A standing committee of the OB Division
Program Development Committee
The Program Development Committee is one of three standing committees the Executive Committee maintains in support of the Division's strategic priorities, alongside the Making Connections Committee and the Global Committee. The team works closely with the Program Chair and Program Chair-Elect to build the OB Division's program for the AOM Annual Meeting.
Members coordinate and enter program information into AOM's Program Developer, provide input on enhancements that better meet the current and future needs of our members, and report on program development to the Executive Committee.
What the team does
- Assist the Program Chair and Program Chair-Elect in developing the Annual Meeting program.
- Coordinate and enter program information into AOM's Program Developer.
- Provide input on program enhancements to better meet members' current and future needs.
- Report on program development to the Executive Committee.
- Advise the Executive Committee on operations, programming, and Division policy.

Program Developer Director
Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa
Associate Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship, Henry B. Tippie Research Fellow, and Director of Graduate Studies for Management & Entrepreneurship. He earned his doctorate in management from the University of Florida and researches employee engagement, team effectiveness, social networks, leadership, and personality, with work published in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, and Journal of Applied Psychology.

Mel Fugate
Program Developer Specialist
College of Business, Mississippi State University
Professor of Management whose research examines employee reactions to organizational change and transitions, the effects of leadership and organizational culture on performance, and employability and adaptability at work. He completed his PhD in management at Arizona State University.

Lance Frazier
Program Developer Specialist
Heider College of Business, Creighton University
Associate Professor of Management and the Charles "Mike" Harper Endowed Chair in Business Leadership. His research focuses on proactive work behaviors and the factors that facilitate them, in particular psychological safety and trust at work.

Mikhail A. Wolfson
Program Developer Specialist
Gatton College of Business and Economics, University of Kentucky
Gatton Endowed Associate Professor in Management with a PhD from the University of Connecticut. His research covers team composition, informal field-based learning, human capital resources, and social networks, with work in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and American Psychologist.
