Global Committee programming

Year-round programs that connect OB scholars across 60+ countries, build durable relationships, and broaden how the field defines rigor and relevance.

The Global Committee's programming runs throughout the calendar year, alongside the concentrated programming at the AOM Annual Meeting. These programs support OB scholars at every career stage, with particular attention to newcomers, internationally mobile academics, and colleagues working outside dominant academic contexts.

Explore the current programs below, each designed around the same goal: equity through reciprocal participation.
