A practical workshop, pre-conference get-together, and networking session for first-time attendees.

This session was held on Thursday, 11 June 2026.

Join OB Division leaders, experienced organizers, and recent first-time attendees for practical advice on making the most of your first Academy of Management meeting. The session also gives you a chance to meet other first-time attendees before the conference.

It is part of the Global Committee's year-round programming, offered to help newcomers find their footing in the OB community whether or not a live session is currently scheduled.

Her research focuses on prosocial leadership, team effectiveness, and the role of digital technology in leadership and well-being.
