The final AMR Origins series episode for 2022 is an engaging and enlightening discussion with
Logan Steele and Jeff Lovelace about the development of their AMR article titled "Organizational Underdog Narratives: The Cultivation and Consequences of a Collective Underdog Identity."
We really get into some of the nuances and intricacies of developing a conceptual paper including discussions about initially generating an idea, getting feedback at multiple points along the way, working with co-authors, finding examples to enrichen the paper, and having fun in the theory development process.
I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation and I hope you do too.
