Dear HCM Members:
During the past year, the HCM Division completed the 5-year AOM DIG review and strategic planning process. Crucial to this process was input from HCM members via a survey, the full HCM Executive Committee, and three past Division Chairs: Mattia Gilmartin, Victoria Parker, and Timothy Vogus. We greatly appreciate the thoughtful feedback and constructive input from so many throughout this process.
We're pleased to share the report of that review and our new strategic plan. In addition, feedback from the AOM DIG Review Committee regarding the HCM 5-Year Review and Strategic Plan is also available. Both documents are attached, available via AOM Connect.
In the years ahead, we look forward to building an even better HCM Division, one that serves the needs of a broad and diverse set of members.
