Hello HCM Members!
With less than a month to go until the conference, planning for this year's conference is ramping up! We will be excited to see those who can attend in person, and are also excited about the hybrid and virtual opportunities for those who can't attend in person. As you make your plans, here are some logistical reminders:
- Please start checking out the program, especially the HCM sessions. The full conference program is available here. The HCM-sponsored sessions are available here.
- For all presenters:You may upload your narrated videos and supplemental materials at uploads.projectionnet.com/aom2022/login.aspx . The deadline to upload materials is Friday, 15 July. Annual Meeting registration is not required to contribute material for your session. However, you must be an AOM member and registered for the Annual Meeting to participate in sessions and access feedback once they start on Thursday, 4 August. Also, if you are presenting live you are not required to post files, but it can be helpful for other researchers to engage with your work.
- Note It will also be possible to load materials after July 25 following different directions. See here.

- For those attending in person, remember to upload your vaccination documents to ShareMy.Health. If you have a medical or religious exemption from vaccination, you will be required to submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test, administered within 72 hours of entry to the Annual Meeting, with the additional need to test again after 72 hours of attendance. Negative tests will also be collected via ShareMy.Health to ensure secure compliance.
