    The D'Amore-McKim School of Business invites applications for one or more tenure track Assistant/Associate/Full Professor positions in Organizational Behavior in the Management and Organizational Development Group (MOD), with employment beginning 2017-18. Teaching responsibilities will be in organizational behavior and related areas.

     

    The candidate selected will teach primarily Organizational Behavior in the undergraduate and graduate programs, and may also have opportunities to teach electives in secondary areas of interest (managing human capital, negotiations, leadership, project management, innovation management, etc.).

     

    Candidates must have a doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior or a closely related business field by the start date, be committed to excellence in teaching and research, and have a strong record of scholarship. The candidate must have experience in, or demonstrated commitment to, working with a diverse staff and student population.

    Employment terms are competitive and negotiable. Support for a faculty member's research is broad and includes opportunities to receive summer grants, teaching release time for "A" journal hits, and travel stipends for presentations at academic conferences. A number of faculty research Chairs/Fellowships are available on a competitive basis and rotated from year to year based on research proposals and productivity.
