All:
I would like to create a PDW for any Academy members who are studying or interested in studying job turnover and career leaving of any members of the healthcare workforce. There are several goals:
(1) discuss methods we are currently using (successfully!) with a goal of seeing what explanatory methods are similar across types of healthcare work groups/careers
(2) collaborate on how best to report are findings with meaningful managerial interventions
(3) network with others doing similar work around the world
I would welcome researchers and practitioners and consultants. All would contribute to the success of the session.
