The 12th Annual Conference of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) will be held in Rotterdam from 6th to 8th June 2012.
For the fourth consecutive year the Management Research in Healthcare Organizations Track (a component of the Public Management Special Interest Group) will provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of issues associated with the management, organization and financing of healthcare delivery. Current themes include but are not limited to patient safety and satisfaction, workforce issues, healthcare redesign, organizational culture, and the effects of change on performance. Any topic associated with healthcare management will be considered including factors associated with social innovation and management of healthcare organizations. Submissions can cover a variety of methods and research designs, including conceptual papers, qualitative and empirical studies.
When submitting papers for this Track, please note that the name of the track is Management Research in Healthcare Organizations (Track 64).
The deadline for the submission of FULL PAPERS is January 17th (2.00 pm Brussels time).
