Culture and TQM in healthcare

    Hi,

    I am currently involved in research assessing organizational culture characteristics that foster the application of TQm in healthcare organizations.  Can anyone help me in finding a validated scale for assessing organizational culture as it relates to total quality management in healthcare?  Do you know of any studies on specific characteristics of organizational culture that are particularly helpful in implementing TQM systems in healthcare?
