Does anyone have a syllabus or outline for a Healthcare Resource Management course that they would like to share? We (Middle Tennessee State University) are looking to create a course focusing on the unique issues of resource management faced by health care leaders. Topics such as strategic planning, resource planning and resource allocation will be covered.
