Dear Scholars of Health Management,
I am an editor at SAGE working on our peer-reviewed case collection, SAGE Business Cases. I am reaching out to solicit submissions for a new series of teaching cases on the healthcare industry. Submissions are rolling, but manuscripts we receive by the end of the summer have to potential to be included our January 2019 release.
SAGE is pleased to offer our case authors:
- Double-blind peer review of your case and teaching notes
- A thorough editorial process, working to develop your ideas and prepare cases for successful publication
- Freedom to include your students in the case research and writing process
- Copyright in your name and final PDF for ease of use in your classroom
- Payment when your case is published ($500)
- An international audience for your work
What we're looking for:
- Cases between 1,000 and 5,000 words
- Discussion questions and teaching notes
- Present the situation in a non-biased manner, allowing for various solutions
- Can be based on direct field research, publically available sources, fictional, or anonymized scenarios
- Assume a global, multicultural readership
