INGRoup conferences bring together scholars from multiple disciplines to discuss research in an engaging, welcoming environment. The conference program features paper, symposia, shared meals, and a trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo to learn about the social behavior of animals. We also sponsor pre-conference workshops (which still have openings) and a doctoral consortium. Each year we recognize:
-Best Conference Paper, Best Conference Poster, Best Student Paper
- Small Group Research journal Best Paper & Reviewers awards
- J. Richard Hackman Dissertation Award
- Joseph E. McGrath Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Study of Groups
Recent McGrath award winners include Norbert Kerr, Scott Poole, Eduardo Salas, Richard Moreland, John Levine, and the late Richard Hackman.
We'd love to see you in Pittsburgh - come join us!
