The appointed staff fellow will serve as a technical expert in the Center's Division of Markets and Systems Research (MSR), working primarily with the Comparative Health Systems Performance Initiative... Through the work of the MSR division, AHRQ develops, disseminates, and implements evidence and tools to measure and enhance the efficiency of health systems – the capacity to produce better quality and outcomes while avoiding over utilization, or to maintain quality and outcomes with lower resource use.
