These bylaws were updated in mid-2025. The changes were discussed at the Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. A public comment period was opened from August through October. The proposed changes to the bylaws were voted on by HCM members and passed, 66-3, in late 2025.
This version replaces the previous HCM Bylaws - 2023.
